Exclusive Video: New Office in Lakewood on PartyLine with Candy Evans of CandysDirt.com

What’s the newest real estate scoop in East Dallas? Candy Evans tells you all about it in this video.

In this webisode of The Party Line Real Estate, Candy Evans of Candy’s Dirt fame takes her behind-the-scenes DFW real estate show to the grand opening of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty’s renovated and expanded Lakewood office.

The leader in DFW luxury real estate, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has grown its business by 300 percent since Team Whiteside and the Scott Carlson Real Estate joined the team in mid-2014. The renovated office at Wells Fargo Building, 6301 Gaston Avenue Plaza, Suite 170 triples the size of the original, and can accommodate 40 agents and support staff. The office, which started with 14 agents, has grown to 22 experts on East Dallas, is led by sales manager Craig Sessions.

At the root of the company’s success are agents with deep market knowledge of East Dallas, said Robbie Briggs, President and CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Our agents in East Dallas are residents of its neighborhoods, from Lakewood to Forest Hills, Swiss Avenue, the M Streets, Hollywood Heights, Casa Linda, Lake Highlands and beyond,” Briggs said. “They provide lifelong knowledge of the area, combined with cutting-edge market and global exposure through Sotheby’s.”

In The Party Line Real Estate, Dallas real estate expert Candy Evans talks with agents about what’s happening now and what’s coming up in the Dallas real estate market in exclusive video webisodes.
