Becky Frey, Arkansas native and SMU graduate, has enjoyed a successful real estate career since 1983 closing $400,000,000 in sales.
In the mid 80’s Becky moved to Phoenix where she was an Asset Manager for the Koll Company overseeing, office, industrial, and medical buildings. She continued her residential career in Phoenix with Merrill Lynch Fine Homes until returning to Dallas, in 1990. Early on, Becky supplemented her real estate career as a personal trainer with certification from the Cooper Aerobics Center. It wasn’t long before Becky’s real estate business needed her full attention and it has continued to grow ever since.
In addition to selling, Becky has remodeled and sold several homes plus has owned and operated over fifteen rental units. Becky’s experience in remodeling allows her to assist buyers on a home’s potential and the cost to remodel. Also, Becky has enjoyed a ten+ year relationship with Rayl Development remodeling and developing contemporary style homes in Bluffview, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and East Dallas.
Her commitment to Dallas is evident by her many civic involvements. Becky has co-chaired the Katy Trail 5K run/picnic, which has gained over 5,000 participants, for the past twelve years. This event raises money for the soft surface on the Katy Trail. Becky also serves on the board of the Katy Trail, the Chemical Awareness Resources and Education (C.A.R.E.), Kidney Texas, and the Devonshire Homeowners Association, and the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Group of Dallas. She is a member of the select real estate networking group – Premier Producers and is active with Preservation Dallas, The Family Place and the Architectural Forum.
Becky resides in the Devonshire neighborhood. Her son Hunter is a college student. Becky and her family enjoy fly fishing, traveling, and golf together. As an outdoor enthusiast Becky enjoys tennis, golf, and is an avid runner competing in several marathons and triathlons.
Becky’s goal is to continue to develop new business while staying committed to providing the best quality service to her clients. She knows that 90% of her business comes from prior clients and their referrals, and their continued satisfaction is her number one priority.
